This Privacy Policy describes how Web Multi Design (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our WhatsApp Business Account Management application (“App”) and related services. By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use our App:
Business Account Information: When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account to our App, we collect your business name, phone number, WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), and associated Facebook/Meta Business Manager information.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our App, including features you use, messages sent through the platform, template usage, and campaign data.
Contact Data: Phone numbers and messaging data of customers you interact with through the WhatsApp Business API.
Authentication Data: Access tokens and API credentials required to connect to the WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta’s APIs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to provide and operate the WhatsApp Business Account management services; enable messaging, template management, and campaign features; process and display analytics and reporting; authenticate your account and maintain security; comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies; and improve our App and develop new features.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data or your customers’ data to third parties. We may share data in the following circumstances:
- With Meta/Facebook: As a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, we transmit messages and account data through Meta’s WhatsApp Business API as required to provide the service.
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
4. WhatsApp Business API Data
Our App operates as a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) partner. All messaging data processed through our platform is subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms of Service in addition to this policy.
We process message content only as necessary to deliver the service and do not use message content for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Message logs and analytics data are retained for a period of 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage of access tokens, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability.
