Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the WebMultiDesign WhatsApp Business Account Management App (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using our Service, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of a business entity, that your use complies with all applicable laws and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies, and that you have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
WebMultiDesign provides a platform for businesses to manage their WhatsApp Business Accounts through the official WhatsApp Business API. Our Service includes tools for:
• Sending and receiving WhatsApp messages
• Managing message templates
• Running broadcast campaigns
• Managing contacts and conversations
• Analytics and reporting
• Multi-agent team management
3. WhatsApp Business Platform Compliance
⚠️ Our Service operates through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. By using our Service, you agree to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and all applicable Meta Platform Policies.
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our platform and must not use the Service for spam, illegal activities, harassment, or any violation of WhatsApp’s policies.
4. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account and connect your WhatsApp Business Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
5. Fees and Payment
Certain features of our Service may be subject to fees. All fees are listed on our pricing page at webmultidesign.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Service to:
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
7. Intellectual Property
Our Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by WebMultiDesign and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMultiDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, violation of Meta’s policies, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Web Multi Design operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
